Patrick Meadows

Senior Partner

After graduating from Swansea University in 1993, Patrick trained with Fonseca Law qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. He became a partner in the firm in 2003 and is now one of the directors of Fonsecalaw Limited.

Patrick has a broad based criminal and civil litigation practice and is a Higher Courts Advocate (All Proceedings). In particular Patrick advises on personal injury claims, contract and consumer claims, professional negligence claims and general commercial disputes.

Patrick also deals with litigation arising from property and private client matters including Boundary Disputes and Inheritance Act claims.

Leighton McAdorey

Senior Partner

Leighton joined Fonseca Law in June 2011 and is now a Director in the firm. He has previously worked at Eversheds and Jones Mordey Davies solicitors. He qualified in 2006 with Watkins & Gunn solicitors and specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing including property disputes, Land Registry Tribunals, and also advising in civil proceedings to force property sales or claiming interests in property. Leighton also has experience extensive experience in Criminal Law higher rights of audience, personal injury claims, wills and probate and child contact matters.

In his spare time Leighton is a keen footballer and a qualify FAW coach and trains children how to play.

Rebecca Donovan

Solicitor

Rebecca graduated from Swansea University in 2019 with a First Class Honours in Law, a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Advanced Drafting. Rebecca joined the firm in February 2018 and started her training with in 2019, qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2021.

Rebecca practises in multiple areas of law but in particular advises on family law, private child contact matters, private client matters to include, wills, probate and estates, lasting power of attorneys, personal injury claims, landlord and tenant litigation and employment settlement agreements.

Gareth Wyn Morgan

Criminal Lawyer

Gareth was admitted as a solicitor in 1985. He is a specialist in criminal law and spends mosts day in court advocating for his clients. He is also a keen swimer and sailor.

Jodie Robins

Trainee solicitor

Jodie graduated from Swansea University in 2024, achieving a First Class Honours degree in Law, where she also achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course and Master's in Advanced Drafting.

Jodie joined Fonseca Law in 2024 and commenced her solicitor training contract in 2025. She is due to qualify as a solicitor in January 2027, having gained valuable experience in personal injury, criminal law, and residential conveyancing during her training.

Jodie understands that legal matters can often be stressful and is committed to providing clients with clear, practical advice, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and reassured throughout every stage of their matter.

Rhodri Wyn Morgan

Trainee Solicitor

With 25 years of experience in the criminal justice system and five years as an Accredited Police Station Representative, Rhodri Wyn provides exceptional defence for his clients from the moment an investigation begins.

A mature law graduate with a 2.1 degree, he is known for his highly approachable demeanour, outstanding client reviews, and ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts.

Drawing on his own lived experience with ADHD, Rhodri specializes in advocating for neurodivergent individuals, ensuring they receive robust representation and fair treatment at every stage of the legal process.
